Due to continued risks accompanying the recent uptick in Delta variant COVID-19 cases, The Feline Connection must continue to operate under the following guidelines for the health and safety of our foster and adoptive families:
- Meet-and-greets with cats/kittens will take place remotely via FaceTime, Skype, Facebook messenger, or other workable application whenever possible. Through these platforms, potential adopters will be able to observe the cat in their foster home interacting with their foster family. The adopter will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the cat/kitten and see the cat in a relaxed setting, without risk of contagions.
- Social-distancing and/or masking shall be practiced by all parties on adoption day, regardless of vaccination status.
- Additional accommodations and/or safety measures requested by foster or adoptive families will be implemented as circumstances allow.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding during these uncertain times, and happy adopting!
Maria Caron, Executive Director, and The Feline Connection Board of Directors.

Hello!!! My name is Sarah, and my family and I are looking at Alice. One of my family members and I are allergic to cats, but after researching we learned that Alice’s breed, siamese, is hypoallergenic. If we were able to foster her for a week or two to see if she is compatible with our allergies, would that be doable? Thank you so much
