Be prepared to open your heart—and your pantry—to this larger-than-life talkative FIV+ charmer!
Looking for a feline friend who’s not just a cat but a legend in his own right? Look no further than Ulysses, the majestic chonky panther in a purr-fectly not-compact package! This dashing gentleman is here to steal your heart and your snacks (especially the Delectables kind).
At a solid 17 lbs of pure charm, Ulysses is not your average house cat—he’s a force to be reckoned with! With muscles that could rival a bodybuilder’s and a heart as big as his appetite, Ulysses is the epitome of strength and sweetness rolled into one beefy, all-black package.
Don’t let his tough exterior fool you, though. Ulysses is a big softie at heart, especially regarding affection and cuddles. He’s got a knack for engaging in loving and some quality bonding time.
Ulysses was rescued from a local library that has a small community of cats. We estimate he is around six-seven years old, but it is really hard to tell with cats that have been outdoors a long time. He has been neutered, microchipped and given age-appropriate vaccines. Unfortunately, he tested FIV+, but thankfully is FeLV negative. FIV+ is not an immediate death sentence, and statistically have a good life span when given good veterinary care. Please speak to your vet about adopting an FIV+ cat.
Despite his rough-and-tumble past, Ulysses is a true survivor with a heart of gold. He may be FIV+, but that hasn’t slowed him down one bit. In fact, it’s only made him more resilient and determined to make the most of his nine lives.
So if you’re in the market for a feline companion who’s equal parts studmuffin and snugglebug, look no further than Ulysses. Just be prepared to open your heart—and your pantry—to this larger-than-life charmer! Fill out an Adoption Application below, and put his name right at the top!
