The sweet and petite older girl Gremlin is DONE with life on the mean streets and now wants to retire with a loving family.
This adorable girl is very sweet, loving, and affectionate. When Gremlin was found, she was assumed to be a 4-month-old kitten. It quickly became apparent she was into her senior years. She loves affection.
She loves attention. She will sit in my lap for short periods. Although she came from the streets, she is definitely completely socialized. Several of our volunteers love her and would adopt her if they could!! She has a pretty purr when petted!
Foster Family
As she was a senior cat, she had some blood work done that revealed she has a heart issue. She is doing well on daily medication and is enjoying being in a warm, safe (and friendly) place where she doesn’t have to worry about where her next meal will come from.
Gremlin would love to have her own person to love. Due to her health, she might do better as an only cat. She loves squeeze-up treats and wet food. Just look at those big eyes and ears–what an appealing face!
We estimate Gremlin to be 10 years old, but it is hard to tell at that age. She arrived with a Spay tattoo, so we think she was part of a Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR) program at some point. She was anemic and malnourished, as well as had an abscess when we rescued her in August 2022. She is quite petite, weighing in at less than seven pounds. She has healed nicely and is now ready for a Forever Family! She has been microchipped and given age-appropriate vaccines. Thankfully she tested negative for FeLV/FIV. She is very clean and is great at always using her litter box.
Gremlin is a great cat looking for a loving home, where she has lots of cozy and safe places to sleep, wonderful food that arrives regularly, a loving family to give her meds, and who wants to shower her with affection and pets! If you are interested in having Gremlin join your Forever Family, please fill out an Adoption Application below and put her name at the top!
