Hagrid – a big loving boy who wants a Forever Family!
Hagrid just loves attention but is so mellow, so calm and so loving, He loves chin rubs! We are pretty sure he got lost or was abandoned years ago because he wanted to come inside his advocate’s house very badly, but clearly had been “sleeping rough” in Rutland, VT for a long time. He has impeccable manners with people, food and the litterbox. He wants a Forever Family! He does not spray.
Hagrid is a 14 lb tomcat (well, he was a tomcat, but he has now been neutered) with a big head and fat cheeks. He is a lap cat! We believe he has the temperament and spirit to make an excellent Emotional Support Animal.
He was very calm during his visit to the vet. He likes to follow his foster mom around while she does chores.
Hagrid thankfully tested negative for Felv, FIV, and Heartworm. He has had a 1 yr Rabies Vaccine and FVRCP#2. He has been treated for fleas, which also treats ear mites and common parasites, though he didn’t have either of those. He now proudly possesses a Microchip, so he can’t get lost again.
Hagrid is seeking a Forever Family of his very own! He wants someplace that will feed him fresh tasty food, has soft places to sleep, is free of evil wizards, and has a ton of affection to share with him because he as a ton of affection to share with this Forever Family!
