Basket and Gift Certificate Raffle – Spring 2019

Please join us for a spring fundraising raffle at various locations on May and June 2019. Come and have some fun picking out your favorite items and support The Feline Connection at the same time. Some locations will have kittens and cats looking for their Forever Home.

Tickets

Tickets will be $1 each or $5 for 6. You can purchase them either by attending one of our events or at Eastwood Animal Clinic. You must be 18 years or older to participate due to Vermont state law.

Baskets

ITEM 1: Catamount Cat Basket

Big thanks to Catamount Pet Supply for donating this basket full of cat toys and treats! The basket has cat treats, toys, vitamins and more. The basket itself is an antique with hearts painted around the side.

ITEM 2: Just for Dogs

A bountiful “basket” made of a dog bed for your canine friend. Includes treats and toys. This basket was donated by one of our adopters.

ITEM 3: Wine and Cheese

*Only adults 21 years are eligible to participate in this raffle. Proof of ID will be required when redeeming your winning ticket.

Packed in an antique basket, this selection of wine, crackers and cheese, along with two glasses would make a great picnic outdoors or in! Donated by one of The Feline Connection board members.

ITEM 4: Scents Galore

The Scents Galore Basket includes a diffuser, scented candles and more to create a relaxing atmosphere, all in an antique basket. Donated by one of The Feline Connection board members.

ITEM 5: Scarf and Cat Scarf basket

The Scarf and Cat Scarf basket includes matching handmade feline and human scarves made by one of the board members and a pile of kitty treats, food and toys.

A $25 gift certificate to Fire and Ice in Middlebury, Vermont.

ITEM 9: $150 towards one night stay at North Star Lodge – Lodging

One night stay at North Star Lodge for two people in a double room. North Star Lodge is located in Killington, Vermont.

ITEM 10: The Dorset Inn – Lodging and Breakfast

A gift certificate for an overnight stay and breakfast at The Dorset Inn in Dorset, Vermont.

ITEM 11: $25 The Pet Cage – Pet Store

$25 gift certificate for The Pet Cage in Rutland, VT

ITEM 12: $25 The Palms – Restaurant

A gift certificate for $25 to The Palms restaurants. Located in downtown Rutland and Lake Bomoseen, Vermont

What do we do with the donations we receive?

We are a 501c3 non-profit cat rescue organization under the umbrella of The Vermont Volunteer Services For Animals Humane Society. A majority of our funding comes from you, our supporters, through donations. 100% of the funding we receive goes to the animals and buying the supplies we need to support our mission. Everyone at The Feline Connection is a volunteer. We would not be able to accomplish all we have accomplished without the support of our donors and the community of businesses that help us in one way or another.

Amira – 3 days old in this photo. She is the kitten of a stray mama cat, Zara who was lucky enough to have her kittens in one of our foster homes rather on the street. Yes, she is already spoken for, though she has quite a bit of growing to do first.

    You are very welcome . I also have some blankets for you . I will make sure to get them to judie. I am also in need of of rehoming a yellow female xat named princess she needs home where she is the only animal in the house . Litter box trained and very lovable ,she loves hugs and kisses and sleeps with you at night
