Petrel is a sweet and affectionate guy who loves attention and affection! He is very handsome, with such cute feet he could open his own Only Fans account!
Petrel, just like his ocean-bird namesake, navigates life on his terms. This eight-month-old (estimated) kitty may not be a lap cat yet, but he craves affection nonetheless. He enjoys a good petting session but prefers his cuddles on his own schedule. Fly in, fly out is his mom. Perfect if you don’t want a cat stuck to you constantly! He spent some time on the streets, so it would take patience and training to increase the amount of interaction he wants. Company without the clingy–not a velcro cat.
Petrel is a true feline socialite! He loves having other cats around and would thrive with a furry companion or two in his new home. While he and his brother Osprey are friendly and would enjoy going to the same family, it is not required.
Treats are the key to Petrel’s heart! Use his love for yummy snacks to help him adjust to a new environment and build a trusting bond.
Petrel is a sweet independent boy who values clear communication. He’ll politely let you know when he’s not in the mood for interaction. A home that respects his boundaries will be his perfect landing strip.

- DOB: estimated at August 16, 2023
- Health: He is neutered, microchipped, and has been given age-appropriate vaccines. He tested negative for FeLV and FIV. He is ready to start his new life with his Forever Family!
- Other Pets: He is good with dogs and would enjoy a home with another cat. Maybe his handsome brother Osprey?
- Coat: Domestic Short Hair, handsome and shiny tuxedo pattern in black & white. Super cute white whiskers and eyebrows on an all-black face, and don’t miss his toes!!
- Family: He is probably better for a family without small kids. He is still learning about living with people.
- Other Pets: Good with cats and respectful dogs.
